This package is the perfect fit for you and your child if you need personalized support for night time sleep training and the start of nap training. For most toddlers 2 weeks is enough time to solidify the skills learned during the sleep training process.  During the 2 week period we will also begin nap training, however, you may not complete it.  I will ensure you are confident in your ability to complete nap training and I will provide you with a "What to Expect Going Forward Guide" which leads you through how to implement the remainder of the nap training techniques.
