15 Minute Introductory Phone Call

Get to know me while I get to know you! This complimentary phone call will allow us to discuss your child's sleep needs, my process, and how I can take the guesswork out of your child's sleep. Together, we will pick out a package that best suits you!

30 Minute Phone call

Maybe you just need a few pointers, or you just need a check in. During this 30-minute call, we will discuss your current concerns and I will provide recommendations. Remember, this does not include a custom sleep plan or email support.
Total Cost: $50

1 Week Support

This package is ideal for families who need help for the beginning but are confident that they can finish the process on their own. It includes:

• 15 minute introductory phone call

• Personalized sleep plan

• Up to 1 hour coaching call to review sleep plan

• 1 week of email support between 8am and 8pm EST

• One 15 minute wrap up phone call

• What to expect going forward guide

Total Cost: $300​

2 Week Support

This is ideal for families who want help throughout the entire process. This is the most comprehensive package and the best value. This package includes:

• 15 minute introductory phone call

• Personalized sleep plan

• Up to 1 hour coaching call to review sleep plan

• 2 weeks of email support between 8am and 8pm EST

• One 15 minute wrap up phone call

• What to expect going forward guide
